The Systema framework embeds several engineering applications allowing the engineer to perform the design and evaluate the performances in various technical fields.
The Thermica suite provides a complete package to perform the thermal design. It offers performing modules to compute radiative couplings, conductive couplings, external fluxes (solar, planetary…) gathered in Thermica and an up-to-date temperature solver: Thermisol.
Dosrad is intended to model the impacts of radiations (trapped particles, solar protons or others) on materials and equipments. It evaluates the protection induced by the structure on the equipments and components to compute the dose level.
The Perturbations module is dedicated to the computation of the in-orbit perturbations induced by the environment on the spacecraft. It evaluates the forces and torques induced by air drag, solar and earth pressure, gravity gradient and magnetic moment.
The Outgassing software computes the contamination induced by materials outgassing in vacuum. It takes into account the real geometrical configuration to model the exchange between surfaces and integrates the deposit of contaminant products over the mission.
Atomox computes the impact, in terms of surface erosion, of the highly energetic atomic oxygen that constitutes the major constituent of the ambient atmosphere in low Earth Orbit, for example.
The Plume software is dedicated to plume impingement analysis in order to evaluate the impacts of thruster plume. It computes the thermal flux, the incident mass flux and the dynamic effects (forces and torques).
Debris is a 3D geometrical analysis tool for the computation of space debris and micrometeoroids impacts on spacecraft.
